Like all PLA products, Solid’s regular dental floss is commercially compostable. It may also degrade in a home compost if conditions are favourable (high heat, sufficient moisture, and time). At Solid HQ, they dispose of PLA floss by rolling it into a tiny ball, cutting this with scissors a couple of times, and popping in their home compost.
