Description
This incense is a tribute to the historic city of Samarkand, a legendary stop along the ancient Silk Route. The fragrance features a blend of premium oud oil, sandalwood oil, and cedarwood oil, which create a warm and inviting aroma. The use of halmaddi powder and kachura powder adds depth to the incense, while the refreshing scent of cedarwood oil and cardamom oil give it a grounding effect. The sweet and floral notes of saffron oil and sweet orange oil add a subtle complexity to the fragrance, making it the perfect choice for any occasion.
Each incense is hand rolled using traditional incense making methods by local women from the region of Mysore in South India. They contain contains sustainably sourced ‘Agarwood’ or ‘Oud’ which is a dark fragrant resin that is rare and incredibly expensive. They also contain Sandalwood, Frankincense, Rose oil and a selection of Ayurvedic herb powders and oils.
