Agar Powder is odourless and flavourless so can be used in a wide variety of recipes without impacting the flavour. Agar is most commonly used as a vegan alternative to gelatine, but it’s an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen, particularly for those following plant based, raw food or egg free diets.
