Description
A perfect blend for making incredible healthy, light, fluffy, spongy pancakes. They are just as good with dairy-free options. Rice, coconut, soy, almond or hazelnut milk (which makes them a great vegan option). The pancake mix is organic, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free and vegan. It is not however paleo, as the rasing agent has maize cornflour in it.
This 840g pack makes 25 pancakes.
Ingredients:
Buckwheat flour, Tapioca flour, Chia seeds, Sea salt, Baking powder (Maize cornflower, Raising agent 500, 450 (Aluminium free)), Kelp powder.
All ingredients are organic unless unavailable.
All flour is freshly stone milled by OM Goodness at their Hastings milling site.
