The classic understated flavour that connects us to Papatūānuku (Mother Earth), of which all tea comes and is rooted to the culture of kombucha. It is the primary base to all our flavours which carries the SCOBY (Symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast) into the fermentation process towards making our gut loving tonic. A delicious thirst quenching pallet cleanser, neutral in flavour, dry with minimum sugar.
