Hebe Botanicals use only the finest hand-selected premium gourmet vanilla beans: Grade-A, certified organic. The vanilla beans are cold extracted with their own organic alcohol (which they make from certified organic sugar). Cold extraction takes a lot longer than a hot extraction but it retains the full flavour complexity of the vanilla bean. Matured for no less than 3 years and concentrated to 4-fold strength in order to develop the deepest rich vanilla aroma and taste. Simply the best. A pure extract – contains no sugar, synthetic flavours or other additives. Try adding a drop to your milk before steaming when making a coffee or hot chocolate.
