Coconut Sugar is made with minimal processing, and definitely no ‘nasty’ stuff- it’s just the evaporated nectar from the flower of organically grown coconut palm trees. That’s it! Thanks to this simple process, all the goodness inherent to the coconut flower is preserved. With it’s sweet-malty, wholesome deliciousness, this Coconut Sugar makes the perfect alternative to refined sugars. It has a light but distinctive caramel flavour, similar to brown sugar or molasses.
