A Buckwheat delight ! By using Buckwheat and Maize flours, this bread is completely free from wheat and yeast. It is naturally fermented using no gluten ingrendients in the fermentation process. This allows the bread to rise during the traditional preparation process and give you all the benefits of a simple wholesome bread. Contains organic: Buckwheat flour, Corn flour, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Water, Guar Gum, Linseed, Poppy Seeds
