Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Water, Salt, Brown Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Raisins, Roasted Malt and Olive Oil.
Storage: Lisa recommends storing this loaf in a breadbox or in a paper or plastic bag in the pantry, in these conditions it will last for a good 5-6 days. Like other sourdough breads, this loaf comes back great after being frozen.
