The shimmer eye shadows are a mix between powder and cream textures and are therefore perfectly suited for a wet application. The eye shadow refills are the eco-friendly alternative to replacing used eye shadows. A new shade equipped with a magnetic base is placed in the little jar or puroBio Cosmetics palette. Done!
