Ceres Organics TVP (textured vegetable protein) is made simply from organically grown soybeans. That’s it! The ideal substitute for meat, especially mince, TVP is full of nourishing plant –based goodness, including protein and dietary fibre. It’s easy to prepare and super versatile, taking on the flavour of whatever recipe it is added too. Simply soak in hot water or broth for 10 minutes before adding to your recipe, or sauté with spices and Tamari. It’s delicious in pasta dishes, stir-fries or use as a nutritious stuffing!
